WHAT IS HALOTHERAPY

Pharmaceutical-grade salt is grinded into microscopic particles and released them into the air of the Grotto. Once inhaled, these salt particles are claimed to absorb irritants, including allergens and toxins from the respiratory system. This process breaks up mucus and reduces inflammation, resulting in clear airways.
OUR SALT
Our Salt Grotto was built with salt from thirteen places around the world. The base is Himalayan salt and salt from Poland. Other salts come from Jordan (Dead Sea), Morocco, France, Peru, India, Cyprus, Portugal, Hawaii, Japan, England, and a sweet Jurassic salt from Utah. Our salts are also used in ion lamps during the salt therapy session.
